Ingredients:
50ml LTA Anejo(2 shots)
10ml Agave syrup, optional
2-3 dashes bitters
Orange zest
Garnish: orange peel and cherry
Method:
Add two strips of orange zest to a tumbler glass and express their oils into the glass. Add the LTA añejo, agave syrup, and bitters. Fill with ice and stir until chilled. Adjust sweetness to taste. Garnish with a strip of orange peel and a cherry.
