Jozilicious Paloma

A delicious and refreshing grapefruit Agave cocktail that is as beautiful and energising as the Johannesburg skyline. 

Ingredients:

Coarse salt for rim of glass

50ml LTA Blanco (2 shots)

100ml grapefruit Juice

50ml lime juice

Soda water/grapefruit soda water

10ml Agave syrup, optional

Garnish: Grapefruit and lime slice

Method:

Rub a wedge of lime on the rim of a tall glass and dip it in the course salt. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients and stir for about a minute. If you have a cocktail shaker, add ice and all the ingredients except the soda and shake. Strain the liquid over ice in a tumbler glass, and top with soda water. Sweeten with Agave syrup if desired. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and lime.
