A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, featuring fresh lime, Agave and mint.
50ml LTA Blanco (2 shots)
30ml fresh lime juice
20ml agave syrup (adjust to taste)
6–8 fresh mint leaves
Soda water (to top)
Garnish:lime wedges and mint sprigs
In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and agave syrup. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the La Tierra Blanco. Stir well to combine. Top up with soda water. Garnish with lime wedges and a sprig of mint.
