Ingredients:
50ml LTA Añejo (2 shots)
30 ml fresh lime juice
20 ml agave syrup (adjust to taste)
6–8 fresh mint leaves
Soda water (to top)
Lime wedges and mint sprigs for garnish
Method:
In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the lime juice and agave syrup. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the Añejo. Stir well to mix the ingredients. Top it up with soda water. Garnish with lime wedges and a sprig of mint.
