This drink honors Mandela’s heritage with rooibos tea, a South African favorite. Inspired by Madiba’s resilience, it’s topped with an orange slice to capture his spirit in every sip.
Ingredients
50ml LTA Añejo (2 shots)
60 ml rooibos tea, cooled
30 ml honey/agave syrup (1:1 honey to water)
15 ml fresh lemon juice
Orange slice, for garnish
Method:
Brew a strong cup of Rooibos tea and let it cool to room temperature. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Añejo, cooled rooibos tea, honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, and shake well until chilled. Strain the mixture into a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes, and garnish with an orange slice.
