Ingredients
50ml LTA Añejo (2 shots)
100 ml rooibos tea, cooled
30 ml honey/agave syrup
15 ml fresh lemon juice
Garnish: orange slice
Method:
Brew a strong cup of rooibos tea and let it cool. In a shaker, combine the añejo, cooled tea, honey syrup, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange slice.
