Espresso meets Agave in this delicious cocktail, capturing the essence of South Africa’s coastal Coffee Bay.
Ingredients:
Rim glass with chocolate sugar (optional)
50ml LTA Reposado (2 shots)
25ml coffee liqueur
25ml espresso
10ml Agave syrup
Garnish: 2-3 espresso beans
Method:
Brew a shot of espresso and add it to a cocktail shaker. Add agave spirit, liqueur, and agave syrup along with a large handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 2–3 espresso beans.
