A refined mix of LTA Reposado, vermouth, and bitters, best enjoyed slow, under the Lowveld stars.
Ingredients:
50ml LTA Reposado
25ml sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters (optional)
Garnish: maraschino cherry or orange peel
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a tumbler glass. Garnish with a cherry or an orange twist.

“Dop” means “drink” in Afrikaans and Kruger’s wildlife probably wouldn’t mind one after dealing with tourists all day.
