Try walking in the desert for an hour and tell me your mouth wouldn’t be watering for our Karoo ranch water! Agave, lime and soda, simple yet delicious!
50ml LTA Blanco (2 shots)
25ml fresh lime juice
Soda water
1 cup ice
10ml Agave syrup, optional
Garnish:1-2 lime wedges
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the agave spirit and lime juice. Top with soda water. Stir gently for 10–15 seconds. Sweeten with agave syrup if desired. Garnish with lime wedges.
