Knysna Berry-Fizz

Beauty is in the ‘glass’ of the beholder, so toast to your loved ones with the citrusy and floral flavours found in this gorgeous Agave cocktail.

Ingredients:

50ml LTA Blanco (2 shots)

25ml fresh lime juice

Ginger beer

10ml black current/berry liqueur

10ml Agave syrup, optional

Lime wedge for garnish

Method:

Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill. Strain over ice in highball glass and top with ginger beer. Sweeten with Agave syrup if desired. Carefully drizzle liqueur over the top and garnish with a lime wedge.
