Mzansi Margarita

Just as the Rainbow Nation brings together a vibrant mix of cultures, our cocktails blend a variety of flavours to create something truly spectacular. The perfect combination of tang from the lime, sweetness from the liqueur, and the distinctive strength of the Agave.

Ingredients:

50ml LTA Blanco (2 shots)

25ml fresh lime juice 

15 ml triple sec 

Salt on rim (optional)

10ml Agave syrup, optional

Lime wedge for garnish 

Method:

Salt rim of a margarita/highball glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add Agave, lime juice and triple sec. Shake. Sweeten with Agave syrup if desired. Strain over the ice, into glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
